Kelson Burke’s music aims to seamlessly combine distinct instruments to create a balanced song. Inspirations from his youth include the Gorillaz, Muse, Twenty One Pilots, and Imagine Dragons. About the Artist
Kelson Burke is an indie pop/alternative musical artist out of southeast Massachusetts looking to create awesome music and great vibes. Kelson first used music to cope with the daily struggles of being in a low income family, finding comfort in identifying the underlying structure and composition that identifies each individual instrument. His love of music grew in early high school with a small collection of vinyl records and a Roland JD-Xi synthesizer he bought himself after saving enough money working odd jobs all summer. Upon graduating high school, Kelson attended college in western Massachusetts graduating with a bachelor’s in business management. After college, Kelson headed for southeastern Massachusetts to move in with his long distance girlfriend. Kelson is a solo artist who learned everything he knows through independent study and years of experimentation. Kelson Burke’s music focuses on combining rhythmic synthesizers and electric guitars with engaging vocals. After years of learning and months of behind-the-scenes, Kelson Burke released his first single, Open Shore, on May 9th, 2025.
